Important Information for 4th and 5th grade Families:
CI/Aesthetic Registration for 4th and 5th grades (2026-2027)
4th and 5th Grade Registration for CI/Aesthetics
Registration for fourth and fifth graders will begin on Monday, June 29 at 10:00 a.m. Please note that registration forms are not timestamped, so the time you submit the form will not impact your child’s course placement. While we do our best to honor student preferences, placement in aesthetic courses is based on class seat availability, and students may not be scheduled for their first choice. Please do not email us regarding course assignments. Use the links below to access the registration forms. Course descriptions can be found HERE.
Reminder: Students who are found eligible for Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions will be scheduled for either Soar to Success and/or Math Behind the Scenes.
Be sure to follow all instructions outlined on the forms. All forms must be submitted by 10:00 AM on July 17, 2026.

Lastly, all digital selection forms must be submitted by July 17. If the form is not completed by this date, your child will be scheduled based on available Aesthetic classes. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead and appreciate your cooperation in this process.
